Spacer makes lightbar to clamp reliably to oled42c4(i'm pretty sure that it will work with c2 and c3 as well) and prevents it from skewing, 3mm spacer is made to offset light bar up, so lip doesn't goes beyond bezels and overlaps the screen. Rounded protrusions in screen contact area are just a precaution from creating heat insulation of the contact area, don't really know whether it's needed thou
