The initial 4x4 x2 box had printing issues on a ToM HBP, prompting the creation of a smaller box (2x4, 8 pieces per layer, 4 high) that fits inside the heated area without curling. The reduced size also minimizes empty space around text on the lid. Adjustments to SCAD file may be needed for paper board insertion. A 2-plate piece set is available, based on reorganized original 4-plate pieces by cymon. Test prints indicate good adhesion and no corner curling. Updated files with improved tolerances have been uploaded; use thingiverse's piece plate instead of the provided one. Last updates were made on 2011-08-02.
