Definitely some room for improvement here, but I wasn't going for perfection. This is my oldest 5" frame still managing to hold its own. I simply wanted a design that could take a few bumps and bruises without letting mud seep into the motors too easily. Obviously, this version requires longer screws. The TPU is 1.5mm thick in the screw holes. This particular design is tailored for the 3mm (actually more like 3.3mm) arms! V2 now boasts enhanced protection for screws when landing on rough terrain and offers additional shielding for the bottom in general. While it's less crucial if you're flying over grass, weight takes priority, so I left the original version intact. V2 performs best when printed with the ball side facing up, whereas V1 shines with the flat side down.
