It thrives in deep lagoons and exposed coral reefs within warm waters. The Anemone's color morphs range from brown to yellow and violet. When disturbed, it forms a compact sphere while storing its tentacles inside. This anemone serves as a home for the clown anemonefish (Nemo), shrimps, and porcelain crabs.
