Lepidodendron (Lepidodendron aculeatum), a towering arborescent lycopod, thrived in swamps and floodplain forests during the Carboniferous to early Permian periods. This warm and humid environment was home to Lepidodendron, which, along with Sigillaria and Calamites, formed vast forests that are now a major source of fossil carbon. Distinctive "Y"-shaped stigmaria roots characterized Lepidodendron, as did simple branches that only grew in the upper trunk region. While there is debate over whether Lepidodendron had cones, we offer models with and without them. The trees exhibit striking diamond-shaped scars from fallen leaves, and all file formats include .XFR files for editing with Xfrog Software. Model 1 reaches 45 meters, while Models 2 and 3 stand at 12 meters and 8 meters, respectively.
