African Mahogany, or Khaya ivorensis, is a large evergreen broadleaf tree native to West Equatorial Africa, specifically the Ivory Coast, Ghana, and Nigeria. It thrives in equatorial forests and riverine fringe forests under warm, humid climates. The African Mahogany goes by several local names, including Akuk, Bandoro, Degema, Acajou, Bisselon, Bitehi, Diala iri, Eri Kiree, and Ogwango. Averaging 45 meters in height, it can grow in a multi-trunk shape and is often used for timber wood due to the scarcity of Honduras' true Mahogany. The African Mahogany is prized for its excellent wood quality, making it suitable for furniture and boat building. This species has three different models with varying heights: Model 1 (30 meters), Model 2 (15 meters), and Model 3 (5 meters).
