Xfinity/Ryobi 18V battery to Milwaukee Impact screwdriver adapter
prusaprinters
I was given a Milwaukee M18 CID impact screwdriver that was left out of an auction tool sale, no battery or charger but I did have a large quantity of Aldi 18v packs, just needed a permanently attached adapter. Also needs a 470K resistor to B+ to enable the motor, usually this is a 3.3v logic signal, so used a suitably high value so I doubt it will cause issues (it also works fine with 1M so I halved it) if it does cause problems I dont really care but if it matters to you, use a 3.3v regulator. Model could have been done better to cover the old battery slot for example, dont really care about aesthetics, it is functional, adds about 15mm to handle length. Wires used were 12 gauge I think .. 3,2mm OD More deets on imgur at https://imgur.com/a/AebR1 Print Settings Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.28mm Infill: 60% Notes: I printed with the side tags down to make sure the surface the battery slides onto is a top layer instead of a bottom layer with supports.
