I decided to create my own fixture from scratch to hold a lightbulb. Never an issue and the lightbulb hasn't moved, nor have the wires. Post-processing / cleaning up the part is relatively straightforward. At the very least, this part will be a good test if your supports are functioning properly. You'll need some way to connect the light bulb; I used an ATX power supply so I connected a switch (shown in one of the pictures). This design was done somewhat half-heartedly, but it could definitely be improved and developed into a more robust design.
