This is the greatsword I modeled to go with my Xenoknight armor cosplay. I designed this to have a 3/4 inch pvc pipe 5 foot long in the middle of it to serve as the core to hold it altogether. Keep this in mind if you decide to slice the whole model yourself into parts you prefer for your printer.
