This is an update to my previous design - http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1712732, made in response to a request I received. The person asking wanted me to split the S Chakram into two equal halves and add magnets that could be used to hold these two halves together. This new version includes four separate pieces to print. Once printed, glue the two halves together and then insert rare earth magnets, 4 mm in diameter by 2.5 mm high on each side, into the four pockets that have been designed specifically for this purpose. These magnets can be purchased from http://www.harborfreight.com/10-piece-rare-earth-magnets-67488.html. I have not yet printed this design and do not currently plan to do so. If you would like to try it out, please share your results with me. Let me know if there are any issues or problems that need to be fixed. If someone needs the two halves split into smaller pieces in order for them to fit on a 150 mm x 150 mm print bed, I can make those adjustments as well.
