Finally, simple and elegant fenders for your Nazare or Lonestar. These fenders keep the rocks picked up and thrown by the front tires from hitting your belts, motors, and rear trucks (not to mention your shoes and deck). A simple M4x12 screw and nylock nut for each side are all that is needed for attaching the fender. Move it in or out on the axle to center it behind the tire, and rotate it axially to provide the coverage you want. Start with the arm level and adjust from there. Then a simple tightening of the M4 hex screw will lock it in place. It will not rotate around the axle from riding vibration - the grip on the axle is very strong. The regular fenders fit up to 7" tires, but if you are using 7.5" or 8" tires, use the files with "8_inch" in their name. If you are printing on a desktop printer, try the files with "solid arms" in the name for a stronger, easier print (see the models above). If you have this printed at shapeways.com, choose the "versatile plastic" option which is plenty strong (it's a Nylon plastic). It will come from shapeways in white, but you can dye it using Rit fabric dye to any color you want. Or spray paint it. Both work well. Enjoy and have fun out there!
