XCarve Magnetic J-Tech Laser mount for DeWalt

I fabricated a magnetic mount based on its design and encountered significant wobbling that affected my cuts. I redesigned the entire structure from scratch, incorporating two stabilizing web frames to strengthen the front plate. I also increased the wall thickness to 3mm throughout, providing additional support for the magnets, which brought the overall mount height up to 5mm. This modification enabled me to experiment with 8x3mm magnets and subsequently add another set of 8x3mm magnets to enhance holding power. The machine's cut and fill speeds are now around 8000mm/m in Lightburn on my XCarve (2015). I created the design using Fusion 360, which I am currently studying.
