This is a fantastic finishing touch on Xcarve extrusion ends, purely cosmetic. I printed with 25% infill and it fits snugly into place. You'll just need to apply some firm pressure to get it seated properly. I created several versions of this design - one with four legs that unfortunately can't be used on my Xcarve due to the T-nuts being located at the very end. So, I modified the design and came up with a three-legged and two-legged version for installation when the T-nuts are in the way.
