The X carriage, featuring ball bearing support, is inspired by the Mendel90's XCarriage design by nop head. This innovative structure ensures a very smooth ride compared to LMxxUU, while also being cost-effective and easily mounted. It offers an adjustable clamp for convenience and comes with parametric source files for customization. Before assembling, ensure that you check your axle spacing, which is 56mm (for 8mm rod) or 58mm (for 10mm rod), according to the STL files. The Bill of Materials (BOM) includes 12 ball bearings (3x7x2.5mm each), 12 M3x10 hex screws, 4 M3x20 hex screws, 3 M3x30 hex screws, and 3 nuts M3. Printed parts are available for smooth rods of different diameters (N). You can find additional information about this design on the development page (in Russian language) at http://roboforum.ru/forum107/topic11894.html.
