The original was designed to be a super discreet mounting solution to free up space on the top of my desk. the mounting pads are the same size as the sticky pads for gopro mounts. The V2 variant is designed to be a more solid mount that the console can be easily slid in and out of. I designed it that way becuase I needed to be able to get my xbox out to take to LAN parties and such. Variant 3 is intended for absolute, no budging, solid mounting, but you'll meed at least a 300x300mm build area. I intend to add another version to allow mounting to a vesa mount on the rear of a t.v. These are designed to be very snug, the screw holes are measured to fit a sheetrock screw, mostly because that was all i had but also because of how common they are. feel free to modify to your needs.
