Xbox One X; Air Filter Frames

grabcad

These air filter frames are engineered to slide directly over the intake air vents on the Xbox One X, a design perfectly suited for manufacturing on a 3D printer without any support material and printing seamlessly at 1mm wide settings and .8mm nozzle widths. They can accommodate air filter material between 4-7 mm thick. For myself, I prefer to use a 5mm thick AC unit filter from FrostKing or Duck, which slides right into place thanks to the frame's spongy texture, staying securely in position. Additionally, grooves have been integrated into the interior of the frame to allow for the insertion of 3D printed covers over the dust filter material, adding design versatility if desired. Two strategically sized circles are positioned at the bottom of the frame, capable of fitting rubber to add traction and prevent slipping when placed on an entertainment center or similar surface. The frame's bottom features elevated corners, significantly higher than those found on the original Xbox design, contributing to improved cooling efficiency. During extended gaming sessions, I monitor temperature readings from various points on the console, observing that the dust filters do contribute to reduced heat levels, a result attributed solely to the frame's elevated positioning. Shortly, images showcasing my product in action on an Xbox, alongside other created products, will be uploaded for your viewing pleasure. With interest in exploring a licensing agreement with manufacturers for this item and future distinctive designs slated for release next week.
