Xbox One Watercooler Mount (Thermaltake Water 3.0)
thingiverse
This is a bracket and backplate used to install the Thermaltake "Water 3.0 Performer C" watercooling block on the Microsoft Xbox One motherboard. The mounting brackets included are not usable due to the 60x60mm hole distance, so I use the screws and counter nuts already provided by Thermaltake. The slim backplate does not interfere with the steel chassis while providing enough stability for the counter nuts, allowing you to hang the CPU/cooling block upside down. I highly recommend using the Noctua NF-F12 PWM fan on the radiator, but be sure to modify the PWM connector to fit the smaller J7C1 connector on the motherboard and adapt it to the Xbox One's mirrored/reversed pin layout. Printer Settings: Brand: MakerBot Printer: MakerBot Replicator 2X Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 10% or more Notes: I used ABS and the regular MakerBot splicer included in MakerBot Desktop to print this bracket. The printer settings were set to 6 shells to provide extra stability for the screws on top, as it will be used in a closed case where fine printing is not necessary. Tolerances are about 0.4-0.5mm for screw holes due to ABS melting deformation.
