I made the button holes wider to minimize filing. Credit goes to MightMilky for an excellent scan. To test, I edited the attached file by removing hand grips and screw holes, leaving only the areas where buttons and analogs fit. While testing the original file on my nephew's controller, I printed a small test piece to see if the buttons felt right. Results show it fits perfectly with no issues. Supports: For tree supports, use Cura's experimental feature. Make sure you don't select normal supports – only tree support should be active. In my experience, tree supports yield better results than traditional supports.
