I use an Xbox controller as my main controller with my Dreamcast (coupled with the Brook Wingman SD) and I recently built a controller to more closely match my DC, except the guide button looked out of place. I printed the pieces of the guide button separately, then used a touch of super glue to hold them together. If you wish to print using the MMU, it should turn out fine, although I haven't tried it.
