I'm upgrading my Xbox One Elite Controller with custom paddles, and these bottoms were 3D printed in PLA plastic - they're a bit flexible, so be prepared for some tweaking after printing. You might need to sand down the part that fits into the controller to get a snug fit. I designed the paddle longer than required, so you can trim it to your liking with a file or other cutting tool.
