I just received my Day One Xbox One console back, only to find out it can't read game discs properly. Apparently, this is not a unique problem, and the best way to resolve it for those of us outside of warranty is by adjusting the position of the disc drive, which magically fixes the issue. Since I spent an entire day attempting various solutions with folded cardboard beneath my console - looking rather awkward in the process - I decided to design something better to get around this problem. The only thing missing is a quick reprint in black so that it matches perfectly.
