I'm excited to share my second design centered around the upcycling challenge for Esso/My Mini Factory, which showcases four Xbox One Controllers built from two Red Bull cans and an abundance of free time. To bring this project to life, each "Can Cap Top" and "Can Cap Base" will require printing twice, so I recommend using supports for a smoother finish. If you have any design suggestions or modifications, please don't hesitate to reach out – I'm eager to hear your ideas! In the future, I plan to create cap designs for PlayStation controllers as well. The printing process took place on a FlashForge Finder with 1.75mm nozzle at 200°C, and the print bed was set to a non-heated 140mm x 140mm.
