This back attaches seamlessly with the Xbox plug-in play system. It snugly fits over the orange battery pack and covers both top and back charge ports on the controller. The fit is very secure, likely requiring some effort to remove mine once installed, but the old one kept falling off and was eventually lost, making this a perfect replacement for my needs. I'm confident it will work well for you too.
