Xbox One Controller/Headset Stand
thingiverse
This design was specifically created for a custom setup, but if your situation is similar, it might be adaptable. The bracket is centered around a 0.95-inch ledge, yet if you have a thinner ledge, you can easily drill and tap to install a set screw. The branches are designed to accommodate a controller with Strikeforce paddles added as well as an audio adapter - I haven't checked, but they likely would hold a standard controller just fine too. If you decide to create this project, note that you'll need two #4 by 3/8-inch long pan head machine screws for assembly.
