AA's are everywhere! What gets charged and what doesn't is a mystery no more! I designed this battery organizer to make it easier to keep the charged and dead batteries separate, and to know when you need to start charging again. The design consists of 1pc or 2pc base and an X-piece that can be printed in different colors with just one nozzle printer. To assemble, simply glue or use double-sided tape together. Update: I've updated the 2-piece design to make it easier to print without a lot of filing work. Use Rev 4 files for the best results. Print Settings: Printer: Wanhao i3 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: .2 and .15 Infill: 15% Notes: I used a .2mm layer height with two outside layers on the straight walls, then switched to .15mm layer height with four outside layers for the dome part of each piece to get a smoother finish.
