Xbox 360 trigger to Arcade Button Adapter

My First Design from Scratch and My First Posting Here For building your own arcade rig out of an Xbox 360 joystick, I designed a custom button that keeps the original range of the trigger function intact. I didn't want to purchase D/A converters or modify the trigger to an on/off button. This arcade-style button has about 9mm travel and uses the full range of the trigger function, along with its original components - spring and potentiometer. You can find more information on this project at https://www.instructables.com/id/Xbox-360-Arcade-controller---Project-Gyokusho/. To print the button, lay it flat to ensure a strong connecting rod. The mech piece should also be printed in a single layer for added strength. I recommend printing the spacer with its side facing upwards to prevent clips from breaking easily. First, attach the left arm to the left potentiometer and slide it into the left mech piece. Next, place the spring inside the button and line up the spring slot in the spacer. Clip the spring into the spacer, then move the arm to the up position and attach the mech piece to the spacer, leaving space for the connector rod. Once the mech piece is attached, twist it slightly to turn the connector rod into the arm.
