This is a Custom Thumbstick Replacement for XBOX 360 Controllers. Other designs feature sleek metal sticks, but this particular model features a classic plastic stick with a precise 3.5mm x 2.5mm rectangular slot. P.S. The white ring in the image is an effect of my recent upgrade to the plastic design.
