There are a few tricks to this print... see below EDIT UPDATE: SOMEONE ASKED FOR A HEX INSERT WITH A DIFFUSER... HERE YOU GO. The Diffuser is 0.3 thick. You could print the first layer in white, and the rest in the color of choice.
