I've drawn up several parts that can be useful for building Tomoquad's excellent XBL117 micro FPV quadcopter! Together they weigh approximately 4g, depending on infill settings. I really like the XBL117 frame design, but after flying a tiny whoop, I know firsthand just how easy it is to destroy those little cloverleaf antennas. Switching to a whip antenna should make things much more robust! The camera mount is designed to accept the camera portion of an FX798T or FX797T, mostly because I already had one spare. A micro MinimOSD fits snugly on the rear side of the camera mount. I widened the uppermost holes in the side plates of the XBL frame and mounted it with a couple screws to make it tiltable. Print with supports, preferably with OSD side down. The opening between the cam and OSD side is large to allow the capacitors on the bottom side of the OSD some clearance. The AC800 mount sits on top of the flight controller, lining up the antenna with the hole for it in the VTX plate. A short piece of antenna protector tube should fit snugly on the top side of the VTX plate. Supports will be required to print this part. The VTX plate holds a TBS Unify Pro 5G8, if you remove the SMA extension and the shrinkwrap. I've found that it weighs only 1.9g without them. I used a couple strips of 3M double-sided tape (the strong stuff) to hold it into the mount at the front and back edges. The mount holds the VTX away from the slatted openings, allowing for maximum airflow since the Unify pro can get pretty warm. Install the whip antenna after putting the Unify in its mount. It's best printed face up with support underneath, since the bottom side won't be visible in use anyway. 11/15/2016 I added a mount for the Eachine QX90 micro FrSky receiver; I had major range issues with the AC800 and the Eachine provides RSSI and hub telemetry after a firmware upgrade. I had to remove the SBUS/PPM selector DIP switch for it to clear the rear standoff the way I wanted, but it's easy just to solder in a jumper for SBUS without the switch.
