Be cautious when inserting the blade into the sheath. Scale the model if it's too tight. Print with the model horizontal to avoid issues. I optimized this design for minimum print time and a perfect fit. Instructions Step 1: Download the files now. Step 2: Process the files. For optimal results, print the cover horizontally with the gap facing upwards. Ensure correct file orientation during slicing. Step 3: Get your printer ready and hit "Print" now. Step 4: Hold the back of the cover securely and insert your Xacto knife into the holder. Make sure the blade aligns perfectly with the gap. Step 5: Your custom-made knife cover is complete. Enjoy using it! The ideal fit is achieved when the cover stays firmly in place but doesn't take much force to remove it. If the fit seems too tight, increase the scale by a few percent for better results. Conversely, if it feels loose, try reducing the scale slightly.
