This adapter was designed to replace two small fans of VRM zone of motherboard Huananzhi X99-TF with one 80x80 fan. Spacing between CPU cooler and adpater is about 2 mm. To have possiblity to install motherboard with adapter in case, no less than 30 mm between PCB and case are required. I have Be Quite Pure 500 and have just 2 mm of free space between PCB and computer case.
