I've created my first ever CAD design by remixing this design from https://www.thingiverse.com/MikeMak/about. I've added a combined mount for the Z-axis sensor and part cooling fan that flips up to allow access to your hot end. The fan mount is designed specifically for a 5015 induction fan. I've also included a Bowden guide in the base plate. The cooling duct has a slot-in design, allowing it to be easily replaced with other designs that will follow soon. I printed this part using PETG from Amazon Basics. For parts that required support, I used experimental tree support in both Cura and Tronxy slicers. To add strength around screw/bolt holes, I opted for four walls in the slicer and 50% infill, with a layer height of 0.15 on a 0.4 nozzle.
