X5SA to CoreXY Linear Bearing (RatRig,Vzbot,Voron, etc)

#History: I was looking to step up my Flsun Cube to a better motion system... and sometime project take strange sideways... Since I use this printer a lot... I wasn't willing to take him down for rebuild without a correct replacement during the downtime... ( ok i know i print too much lol)... So I got my hand on an affordable X5SA (not pro) version in late October... with the motivation of take it to the next level right out of the box... so my tronxy never exist as a genuine x5sa printer... This Project as been inspired by many other but mainly VZBot, Pooron, Ender 5 Pro Conversion, RatRig... #Project Description: ##Project Objective: The main goal was to get a better motion system than the OOTB system that came with the X5sa printer. Linear Rail was the logical path. In an effort to be able to enclose the printer everything has been design to enable an enclosure. ##Design Decision: For Sake of simplicity, I reuse the z axe contraption ( bed up-down motion system). We would need to add some spacers to enable side panel installation if enclosure is required, but doing that permit to avoid precise metal part modification and complex alignment job. I also add a bmg clone that was laying around... but could also work with the original extruder... For the y End Swith , I removed the hot glue from the original end stop pcb and bend the microswitch pin so it will be at 90 degree with the pcb ( see picture ) Head remain almost identical (no wiring change... I just replace the original cooling fan by a blower that fit the eva) I highly recommend you to switch to marlin or klipper for this mod ... and don't forget to offset correctly the bed sensor in the config ! #Project Requirements: ##Required 3d Printed Part (ABS+, ASA or ABS required for enclosed printer): Using the Vzbot gantry directly from vzbot github. (the 2 pulley corner, the 2 motor corner and the 2 x axis carriage) You must decide with or without tensioner for the motor mount (depending if you want them on the head or on the motor mount) 1x Bed Bracket Kit (4 parts in total) 1x Run-out Sensor Bracket 1x Extruder Mount (BMG or Original) 1x Y end Switch Bracket ( Need Small Mod to the end-switch ) 1x SN04 Sensor Bracket ( Bed Sensor ) 1x E.V.A. Head fitting your Hotend of Choice ##Recommended 3d Printed Part: 3x linear rail alignment tools (like https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2368837) 1x Bended Spool Holder (like https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3129513 or https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2145048) ##Hardware: 1 x 2020 450 mm (or cutting to length the one provided) 3 x Mgn12 400mm Linear bearing 15 x m3 screw and t-nut (minimum) for fixing linear rail (YES M3 beware) Most of the required m5/m4/m3 was salvage from the original printer kit / old motion system.... but some spare wouldn't be a bad idea. M3x25mm x 2 M3x30mm x 4 M4x25mm x 4 M4x10mm x 30 M4 t-nut (hammer, ball or sliding) x 30 M5x30mm x 8 Original strap are reused (the path is shorter so even if you shorten them they would fit normally) ##Optional Hardware: 8 x GT2 Pulley (6 with teeth 2 Without) (you could probably reuse those provided.... but since all of them was without teeth... I take a safer path)
