X5SA-2E Fan duct
cults3d
Simple fan duct for the Tronxy X5SA-2E. This is a remix of the original fan duct that was in the original sd card, I simply added two new directions from where the air can come out. The original one had issues cooling the parts of a print that were in the left back corner. With this simple design all of those issues vanished and the prints are looking quite good. While this design was tested on a X5SA-2E it should (I hope) work on the the X5SA and X5SA-Pro, due bear in mind that I changed my hotend block and nozzle to a E3D one, I also changed the block orientation 180 degrees so it is facing the back side, this makes it easier the cool the parts and moves the heat away from the fan duct. Ideally print this in ABS but PETG should also work, as long as you turn the block 180 degrees, otherwise the heatblock (the original one) will get quite close to the duct Why did I go in to all this trouble? Couldn't I have used a fan duct that some had already created? Wellllll, after testing a couple of fan ducts none of them worked with the X5SA-2E, this is probably due to the different hotend but also due to the different fan shroud. It seems that Tronxy keeps changing things without letting people know. Because of this, I created this new design that should work with multiple versions of these types of hotends/shrouds as it does not rely on the dimensions of those for it's design.
