X5S X-Axis Wheel Tension Fix

The early X5S's X axis carriage lacked a mechanism to properly secure the rollers against the profile. To use the (very useful) original metal carriage plate effectively, you can attach this tensioner to the back side of the carriage, preventing the lower wheel bolt from bending down under clamping pressure. The holes on this tensioner are spaced 40 mm apart, matching the spacing found on the original metal plate.
