This is a print head for using the E3D V6 or Volcano hot end. I set it up to use either a single or double 50mm fan setup, offering flexibility and versatility. A future possibility includes holders for square 40mm radial fans if there is sufficient demand. This setup also allows for the option of using a 40mm cooling fin fan instead of the noisy little 30mm one that comes with the V6 series. Update 12-2: I've added parts for utilizing the 40mm blower that now comes with the printer, which can be used as a dual fan setup if you mirror one fan holder. You will need an additional 40mm blower fan to achieve this. eBay and Digikey are your friends when it comes to sourcing these fans. To assemble the print head, you'll need the following screws: all are socket head cap screws listed below. Some of them may be reusable from the X5S kit: M4X25 x 3 for hotend cap and fan (four if using dual fans) M3X6 x1 fan angle adjustment M3X10 x2 plate attachment M3x20 x4 40mm cold side fan M4 nut x3 (four for dual fan) M3 nut 1-2 Reuse small screws from the endstop for the dual fan base Keep in mind that the single fan setup is more than sufficient for printing PETG at 0-20%. I haven't printed with PLA yet, but I'm sure it will work fine since PLA requires more fan airflow and the 5015 can deliver. If you decide to use the wheel support back plate, you'll need longer M5 screws. I think the ones I got were either 40 or 50mm long, and I also acquired nyloc nuts to go with them. I will verify the length later on. I'm confident that I haven't left out any critical information, but if you encounter any difficulties, please post a comment. This setup is relatively straightforward, but your feedback is always welcome for improving it further.
