<h1>Changelog at the end.</h1> This build is based on a Creality Ender 3, but can be adapted to other printers with similar design. The main goal was to improve print quality and reduce vibration. To achieve this, several modifications were made: * New X-carriage: This version has more mounting holes for the hotend and other components. * New Mosquito hotend kit: The BLTouch mount has been slimmed down, and some small adjustments have been made to fit the new x-carriage. * New THC-01 hotend kit mount with 40mm fan and BLTouch mount: This mount is designed for use with the THC-01 hotend. * Reworked partcooler: This design has been confirmed printable and working with both the Mosquito and THC-01 hotends. **Required components:** * X-carriage (v1.2) or later * Y-axis endstop mount (v1.0) * Front idler mounts to chassis (4x M4 T-nuts, 2x M5 screws) * Y-carrier to x-axis rail mounts (2x different lengths) * GT2 Belt (at least 3.5 meters long) **Assembly instructions:** 1. Assemble the X-carriage and attach it to the printer's frame. 2. Install the new Mosquito hotend kit, which includes a slimmed-down BLTouch mount. 3. Attach the front idler mounts to the chassis using M4 T-nuts and M5 screws. 4. Mount the Y-axis endstop on the inside of the 2020 extrusion. 5. Install the GT2 Belt between the X-carriage and the Y-axis. **Changelog:** * **4 April 2020:** Replaced the original X-carriage with a new version (v1.2) that has more mounting holes. Also updated the Mosquito hotend kit to v1.2. * **18 March 2020:** Added an "swiveling" chain mount for the X-carriage, which reduces drag and allows for shorter chains. * **14 March 2020:** Released a new version of the Y-Carrier (v2), which has been tweaked to save weight and reduce vibration. * **13 March 2020:** Corrected a typo in the stepper mounts version 3, which moved the steppers 1.5mm towards the center instead of outward. * **10 March 2020:** Released X & Y stepper mounts (v2.5) designed to use MR85 bearings to mitigate stress on the steppers. * **30 January 2020:** Further reworked the partcooler for both Mosquito and THC-01 hotends. * **29 December 2019:** Released X-carriage Version 1.2 with more mounting holes, Mosquito hotend kit Version 1.2 with a slimmed-down BLTouch mount, and THC-01 hotend kit mount with 40mm fan and BLTouch mount.
