X5S Linear Rail MGN15 System - Remix

Here's my version of a linear rail system for the X5S. I used MGN15H instead of MGN12. I bought three 450mm MGN15 rails for this project. I thoroughly cleaned up Connolly's motor mounts and modified the pulley mounts along with the Y carriage parts. I didn't remove the red inserted stops on my rails, so I'm losing like 20-30mm on the Y-axis for print area, but could easily take out the red stop on the rail to gain that back. For the X-axis, I ended up making an extender for the X-limit switch, but if you remove the red stop in the linear rail, you don't have to do that. For the pulleys, I had a mix of 627 and 608 bearings, so I made a set of bearing sleeves for each size on both the Y carriage pulleys and the front pulley mounts. I've included all modeled parts I'm using. The bearing pulley is from http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3188237, and the E3D fan is at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:354723. The mount for the X carriage I based off ljbrumfield but ended making my own from scratch. The lower section may not be needed, but I wanted it to connect and be as stable as possible. Also liked that he made a 2020 to MGN15 rail installation guide so I crafted one for the MGN15 as well - included with all the STL files. This system is incredibly stable and accurate, and I'm glad I spent the time making/remixing the design. I did add some super lube to the MGN15 carriers and will plan on keeping them nice and lubricated for long-term use. Luckily, the MGN15 sets I bought all came in really good, but I still took them all apart for inspection and cleaning. I got them from Amazon for $43 each.
