A Custom Upgrade for My x5s Corner Pulley Mounts. These Include Complete Corner Support That Wrap Around The 2020 To Provide A More Secure Mount. With These Installed, There Is No Movement In The Corners. PARTS LIST: 2x M5 Locknut 2x GT2 Pulley 2x GT2-Sized Spacer 2x GT2 Pulley 2x M5 Nut 2x x5s Idler Pulley Mount 2x M5 X 35mm Countersunk Bolt Replace The Stock x5s Bearing-Style Idler Pulleys With GT2 H Style 20 Tooth Pulleys. Use A GT2-Sized Spacer Between The GT2 Pulleys. GT2 H Style 20 Tooth Pulleys Specs: Teeth Number: 20 Teeth Material: Aluminum Alloy Fit For Belt Width: 10mm / 6 Mm Inner Bore: 5mm I Purchased My Pulleys From Aliexpress, But Anywhere You Can Buy Them Will Do. On Aliexpress They Can Be Found Using The Search "GT2 6mm H Type Passive Synchronous Wheel 20 Tooth". For The x5s Standard Belt, You Only Need The 6mm Versions. These Have The Bearing Built In (Ie, They'll Still Spin When Tightened In Place). M5 Spacers. Buy Some If You Can, Or Print Them. I Used Etechensketch's Thing:3286845. INSTALLATION: To Get The Most Secure Mount Possible, Feed An M5 Bolt From Below And Tighten An M5 Nut From Above. This Will Secure The M5 Bolt In Place So It Cannot Move. Once The M5 Bolt Is Nice And Secure, Drop The First GT2 Pulley, Then An M5 Spacer, Then The Second GT2 Pulley, Followed By An M5 Locknut. Tighten The Locknut Until It Just Touches The Top GT2 Pulley. If You Spin The Top GT2 Pulley And You Feel The Bearings Inside Click Each Step, Then It's A Little Too Tight, Undo A Little At A Time Until The GT2 Pulley Spins Freely Without Any Resistance And Without The Bearings Inside It Clicking.
