A DIY extruder mount I cobbled together for my X5S, designed to work seamlessly with the stock drag chain mounting height. This setup moves the extruders almost directly into the bed center and will result in a bowden length of approximately 320mm. It also features mounting locations for a filament sensor for users who utilize this feature, along with an .STEP file of the filament sensor mount blank so you can create your own (the green component in the image). I will upload my creations as time permits. Changelog: March 22, 2020: PTFE & Wire clips, handy accessories to help manage the PTFE tube and wires within the mount. After printing the clips, heat the "legs" slightly with a lighter at the base and expand them so they securely grip inside the holes of the extruder mount. March 18, 2020: Version 2.3, a revised design that minimizes bulk around the stepper mount and includes tweaks to make it easier to print. Additionally, visual elements have been added to enhance its aesthetic appeal.
