gear mount uses bearings i had on had that are 14mm wide. Might have been from the wheels but i can't remember. I included the step files for you to edit for bearings that work for you. for the misc axles in there i used 5mm smooth rods from ebay and 5mm furniture pins (tip picked up from DKDaigle here from his mod for linear rails. thing:3247870) I already updated the hole for the stepper so that it sits flush, and mirrored the lower mount so that you can keep the cables tidy. still trying to find what i set my Z steps to, but you can use the gear reduction and stepper specs to calculate it out with some difficult napkin math. Print two of each part and assemble according to pictures. gears are whatever pulley up top and search "3D Printer GT2 60 Teeth & 20 Teeth Belt 6mm Timing Pulley Belt Set Kit" for the lowers the piece i had for the belt did not work out so i made two loops on each end. ran a zip tie through the two loops to create tension and then ziptied that to the bed brace. this is not ideal obviously, but it is consistent and it worked extremely well. one of those bandaids that gets left forever type of thing. the whole belt connection can be too large or you risk running into the gears at the bottom.
