This dome is designed for the Hobbyking X580 quadrocopter or similar models. Its outer diameter measures 150 mm, while its height is a compact 75 mm. For mounting purposes, six M3 screws are provided with a diameter of 140 mm. The unique design allows users to install a GPS antenna on a shelf at the center of the dome, which also accommodates two antennas with SMA connectors. In my specific setup, I've utilized an OrangeRX RC receiver and an RCTimer telemetry module. For those interested in modifying the dome for hexa or octocopters, I've included SCAD files that can be easily edited to suit their needs. **Print Settings** * Printer: Wanhao Duplicator i3 * Rafts: Not required * Supports: Yes * Resolution: 0.2 mm * Infill: A minimum of 30% **Notes** * The bottom part requires a brim with no supports. * The middle and top parts require both a brim and support, with 13% infill being sufficient. * The GPG shelf does not need any additional settings. * Shell thickness is set at 0.5 mm. After printing, be sure to carefully remove the brim and support material, taking extra caution when handling the mounts for the GPS antenna.
