Working Area: 190 x 185 x 140 mm Check out the video here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l6goro9cF8c Building the X3D XS CoreXY 3D Printer Kinematics - CoreXY (use firmware Repetier or Marlin) Electronics - Choose any board, I'm using a Rumba 3D Board LCD - Full Graphics Display Required Motors - NEMA 17, 0.5Nm Belt - Use GT2 Belt, approximately 5m long Gear for motors - Two GT2 20T gears required Bearings - Need twenty (20) bearings, type 623 (3x10x4) Linear ball bearings - LM8UU, twelve (12) pieces needed Linear shaft diameter 8mm, 2 meters long Endstops - Use Mechanical Endstops Power supply - XBOX 12V, 16.5A Power Supply Required Heat Bed - PCB MK2B Heat Bed Used Extruder - Using an MK7 drive gear Box material: Plywood, 10mm thickness Hardware Needed: Screws M3, washers M3 and others Printing Notes: PDF models must be opened from local hard disk using Adobe Acrobat Reader (due to 3D PDF). Rotate models correctly for printing. Some require supports. Photos were printed with PLA. Cura settings used: * Infill: 30% * Speed: 40mm/s * Number of Perimeters: 1 * Extrusion width: 0.5 mm * Support: + 50% support infill density required + Layer thickness X/Y: 0.5mm, Z: 0.15 mm + Angle for support: 70 degrees Enjoy your printing experience!
