X1 bed cable kink relief

Edit: Upgraded 2 printers, with the second one tried to make sure nylon filaments came together in a triangle, whilst the first one they were mainly flat - I can now say that FLAT is better! Helps with flexibility without being so stiff... I didn't like how the bed cable kinks in the same 2-3 places, this will eventually surely lead to fatigue in the cables and a short - at 220v!! Which will most likely cause a fire :-( So wrapped 3x 3mm nylon filament in heatshrink tube (I had black so it looks discrete) and zip-tied it to the interior of the bed cable - you can use other stiff flexible plastics, maybe like a big fat nylon zip-tie, it just has to be able to overcome the stiffness of the actual cable cover, which is shite and makes the cable kink instead of curve You will probably only need about 40cm long, but I prepared longer so could later cut off extra - insert into the body of the printer and zip-tie the end just INSIDE the printer first, against the same bed cable, so that it does not come out/loose later, then pass along inside curve of the bed cable with more zip-ties until finishing under the bed itself - i'd also recommend the bed strain relief which will hold it on better (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3721087, or here is my remix for a newer version of the X1 is for version Oct 2020) ----- Edito: Después de actualizar 2 maquinas, con la segunda mantuve los filamentos en triángulo, mientras la primera estaban casi todo el largo en plano, ahora puedo decir que en PLANO es mejor! Ayuda mejor a la flexión sin ser demasiado rígidos.. No me gustó cómo el cable de la cama se doblaba en los mismos 2-3 lugares, esto seguramente provocará fatiga en los cables y un cortocircuito, ¡a 220v! Lo que probablemente causará un incendio :-( Así que envolví 3 filamentos de nailon de 3 mm en un tubo termorretráctil (tenía negro para que se vea discreto) y lo ató con bridas al interior del cable de la cama; puede usar otros plásticos rígidos y flexibles, tal vez como una brida grande de nailon, solo tiene que ser capaz de superar la rigidez de la cubierta del cable actual, que es una mierda y hace que el cable se doble en lugar de curvarse Probablemente solo necesitará unos 40 cm de largo, pero lo preparé más largo para que luego pueda cortar más: insértelo en el cuerpo de la impresora y ate el extremo con brida en el INTERIOR de la impresora primero, contra el mismo cable de la cama, para que no salga / afloje más tarde, luego pasa a lo largo de la curva interior del cable de la cama con más bridas hasta terminar debajo de la cama; también recomendaría, para aliviar la tensión de la cable donde sale de la cama, y que lo sujetará mejor (https: //www.thingiverse .com / thing: 3721087, o aqui esta mi remix para una versión más nueva del X1 es para la versión Oct 2020)
