X-Y Table for 28BYJ-48 Stepper
thingiverse
This is a simple XY table that uses two 28BYJ-48 stepper motors and two ULN2003 stepper controllers. One stepper moves the "table" left and right (X axis). The second stepper moves the "tool holder" forward and backwards (Y axis). There is approximately 50mm of travel in each axis. I did this with the intention of programming it to draw shapes. The tool holder (Clamp) is a little too simple and the steppers are not very robust, but I was able to program it to draw circles, squares, etc. Bill of Materials 3D printed parts: 1 - Baseplate, XY Table02 2 - X Table Support Leg 2 - Y Table Support Leg 2 - Stationary Stepper Mount, X Table 1 - X Table 1 - Y Tool Holder 1 - Clamp 2 - Gear_18T_24DP_20DPA 1 - MtgBracket 2xULN2003 6 - SpacerStepperDriver Hardware/Commercial parts: 2 - 28BYJ-48 Stepper Motor 2 - UNL2003 Stepper Motor Controller 4 SHCS, M3 x 5mm LG 14 SHCS, M3 x 8mm LG 2 SHCS, M3 x 12mm LG 2 SHCS, M3 x 18mm LG 8 FHCS, M3 x 12mm LG 16 Hex Nut, M3
