* Update * 8/17/2018 - Dragging the endstop over the rail can lead to problems as pointed out by Alex Balako. To avoid these issues, I've decided to redesign it to mount on the Y gantry instead. *Update* The redesigned version now fits perfectly on the Y gantry. I'm using 2mm Hex Socket Head screws for this new design and there's an access hole that allows me to use an allen wrench to tighten the screws before mounting them to the gantry. This part is specifically designed for #6-32 Screws and nuts where the component attaches to the X and Y gantries. The hardware needed to mount endstops is 2mm, so I recommend using 1" #6-32 Screws to ensure a proper fit. The design works perfectly for X_MAX and Y_MAX endstop positions. When it comes to the Y endstop, it hits the small disc that gets mounted to the far right corner - this is just a slight modification from Alex's original design. This part should also work well with the metric version; if you experience any issues, please let me know and I'll post another revised part. Thanks go out to Alex Balako for sharing the Piper 2!
