X Y Cable guide connectors to top rail

If you use the cable chain/guard/guide from Thingiverse's model #2920060, recommended by Creality for the Ender 3, and move the main board to the back of the printer as Michael Laws suggests in his Teaching Tech design #3688967, creating an All-in-One universal rear electronics case, the Y cable system attachment will be blocked by the rear case. So I designed a mount that ties both the X and Y cable guards/guides next to each other on top of the rail, where originally only the X guard could mount. This allows using the same cable chain system with Michael Laws' awesome design. This mount should work fine on any machine using 4040 extrusions.
