X-Wing pilot, shield, upgrade card tray

I'm combining elements from two Things: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1478790 and https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2481792. The idea of a slimmer tray appealed to me, but I didn't want the larger combined tray featured in the second remix. The originals were designed using 123D, and I wanted to recreate them with OpenSCAD, so I redesigned them from scratch. The token slots are securely attached to fit all tokens and cards perfectly. My code could be cleaner, but it works for now. If you don't want to use the condition token, there's an alternative option on the pilot tray – replacing it with a ship number token. This might change in the future, allowing users to customize these options through Thingiverse Customizer; for now, modifications will have to be made manually.
