X-Wing Miniatures Dial Upgrade

I despise those pesky dials that come with every ship I touch. My bulky fingers struggle to grip them properly, often causing the dial to slip right out of my hands as I'm attempting to fine-tune their settings. This is now my second overhaul, driven by a fierce determination to upgrade these knobs so they're both easier to handle and allow me to quickly visualize every other movement available on that dial.
