X-Wing Hellcat (WingCommander) Ship

My gaming buddy was after one of these (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:726593) models, but the intricate details were too much for my limited print box to handle. So, I had to resort to my trusty tactic of simplifying the model to get a decent result - essentially just an extruded outline. I'm counting on a top-notch paint job to bring this design to life and make it work. Here's some background info: these models are actually based on Wing Commander ships, designed specifically for use with the X-Wing tabletop system. Who knew? If only I had access to a printer that could handle such intricate details, I'd be using those superior models instead - like this one (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1895276), or even this more detailed version (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1906677). But for now, the simplified model will have to do.
